40 Days for Life and the Power of Prayer

40 Days for Life Rockford began on Wednesday Sept. 25, and immediately a temporary closure sign went up on the door of the abortion mill! The abortion mill be closed for five days until Monday Sept. 30th.

Because of 40 Days for Life a person was praying at the mill on Friday even though they were closed... A woman with an out of state license plate came to the mill at 10:45am and went to the door expecting to go in. The person praying at the mill as part of 40 Days was able to speak with her and share the Good News of Jesus & Life. The woman got in her car and left.

We do not know how this story will end - we do know the goodness and power of prayer of 40 Days for life has given this mother and child a second chance at life. Please pray for both mother and child and please join us at the foot of the Cross in Rockford - the abortion mill - as we unite our prayers of love for Jesus, moms, dads, and babies in a special way during 40 Days for Life.
